OUR FOOD
Everything is home made at Jim’s - we are not a fast food pizza chain!
We’ve been serving traditional, thick-crust greek style pizzas in Maple Ridge for over 40 years. Our dough is a labour of love, hand-pressed and made fresh in house starting first thing in the morning.
The toppings and sauces are made fresh, sourced locally and we choose organic if possible!
Our prep cooks are in daily chopping veggies, grating cheese, and prepping for the evening.
Our pizzas are then cooked to perfection when you order them in a hot stone oven (not conveyor belt oven), heated to 550 degrees - it takes a little longer to cook as we pile on the toppings and our special blends of cheese!
GREEK PIZZA - unlike the traditional fast food neopolitan style pizzas with thin crusts, a few toppings and a little cheese over the crust / below the toppings, we have a thick crust with a crispy crunch on the outside and soft delicable inside, our toppings are piled high (bet you’ll be full after 2 pieces ) and topped with our special blends of cheese making it the most delicious, filling, and cheesy loving pizza that is unrivalled around.
DID YOU KNOW - People come from the interior, northern united states, lower mainland, Vancouver and the island to pick up their much loved pizza from JIM’S when they’re here?
